In the initial phase of our consultation we will go through an in-depth analysis to understand the clients vision, goals, budget and time-lines.
Budget Estimate Presentation
Based on our initial consultation, our team will put together an estimate of the total costs for your project. The budget will cover all project costs and timeline of construction process.
Planning & Permit Application Approvals
Our team will collaborate with architects, designers and engineers in order to create detailed project plans and architectural drawings in order to apply for buildings permit approvals.
Construction Phase
Once the construction phase commences our project manager will collaborate and work closely with the designers, architects and all necessary trades until we hand over the project to our clients.
